License Agreement
Shaw Software grants a free 30 day license starting at the day of receipt for use of the software, Frog Xing. After this 30 day period, this software must be registered with Shaw Software with the appropriate registration forms and compensation. Under no circumstances may the software be used beyond the free 30 day licensing period unless the software has been correctly registered.

constitute the Frog Xing package. Non-profit distribution of this software is permitted without written notice provided that all files are included and no files are modified. Shaw Software does not grant permission to distribute the software for profit in any form without prior written permission.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that you use the software, Frog Xing, at your own risk. The Frog Xing package is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. Shaw Software expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Ñ The implied warranties of merchanability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Ñ That the software will meet your requirements.
Ñ That the software will run uninterruped and error-free.
Ñ That the software is correct, accurate or reliable.
Under no circumstances, including negligance, shall Shaw Software or its representatives be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the software package, even if Shaw Software
or its representatives has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
No oral or written information or advice given by Shaw Software or its representatives shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. Should the software proved defective, you (and not Shaw Software or an Shaw Software representative) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
